Half of screen unresponsive

I had dropped my iPhone the other day and since the left and top side of my iPhone 7 has been completely unresponsive, therefore I haven't been able to do anything on it. I can't manually restart and i'v watched videos on force restarting but both of my volume buttons have been broken for years. Is there anyway to fix or restart this without my screen or volume buttons?
