What is your model remote? Identify your Apple TV remote - Apple Support

Please check the battery charge level.

Please try a restart/re-pair/re-link of the remote. If your Apple TV remote isn't working - Apple Support

For the Siri Remote with bluetooth connectivity, see if there are sources of interference in the vicinity. Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support
