It should be available in stores September 16: link-> iPhone - Apple (AE)

You will have to inquire about number of units at the store.

Do note many people will be going to the store to try to get one, so you will Riley have to wait in line for a long time, and thee's no guaranteer the configuration you want will be available when you get there.
