Ever since I updated my os to iOS 16 on my iPhone 13 Pro my battery health dropped from 98% to 93%, and my charge does not last longer, is this a software issue or does iOS 16 really affect my battery health?

Same issue here on 10R. Has anyone tried a reset to see if it did anything? Or are we waiting for an Apple fix? So frustrating to have a device that worked prior. Looking at change management the only change was the new OS so the problem is there.
