iOS 16 draining my battery

I logged a ticket with Apple as it is a real issue.

They acknowledged it is a problem and are looking into it.

Apart from this my daughter’s 11 Pro dropped in battery health as well, not sure if coincidence or not.

If all of you log support tickets to this effect it may get more attention on Apple’s side.

How long ago did you install it? There is quite a bit of housekeeping that needs to be done in the first few days after upgrading.

Go to Settings Battery. Check the battery health. What does it say?

If it’s over 80% take a look at the battery usage and see what app or apps are consuming more power than expected.
