iOS 16 does not detect Airplay servers

Updated my iPhone 13 to iOS 16, and my iPad Pro to iOS 15.7. My iPhone now does not recognize 2 AirPlay servers on my network (an older Apple TV and an old AirPort Express, remember those?) but the iPad does. Is there a regression in AirPlay support in iOS 16 ?

Retraction: it turns out my iPhone had latched onto my guest network rather than my main network, unbeknownst to me. Once I switched back to the main network, both AirPlay servers were visible.
