I tunes

I had about 2k songs and when I did an update and now lost all my songs it says that the apple id is already in use. Im so lost with out my music can you help?

You are sign in here .  .  .  with your Apple ID & Password.

Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.

You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.


it says that the apple id is already in use.

Check if that Apple ID is not your rescue e-mail address.
