hidden rows and columns
I did not "Hide" any rows or columns in my Numbers worksheet, but nevertheless body rows at the top and one and a half body columns on the left cannot be seen or accessed!

Sounds like the table got dragged off the edge of the sheet. Grab the circle at the top left of the table and drag it back onto the sheet.
