stop Siri from repeating my request to turn off floor lamp

When I ask Siri to turn off my floorlamp it will say floorlamp turned off. Is there a way for me to turn that voice off? I sure did on my

HomePod mini, 16

Want to prevent Siri from confirming commands and be quiet Before the recent IOS update to 16.1.1 a few days ago, I was able to turn off Siri feedback. I find this feedback very annoying (my ringer volume is up all the way) and many times it disturbs others around me, especially early in the morning. If I want to whisper to Siri "set alarm for 9am tomorrow", I don't need her yelling at full volume "you got it!" or "done"!. Since IOS 16.1.1, I no longer see the option to turn off Siri feedback! Perhaps that option has been moved? Tell me that they didn't remove that option and that there is a way to do this. Have we lost the functionality to make Siri be quiet or is there a way to still do this? Thanks!

If the lamp is in the same Room (a Home app setting) as the Homepod then Siri should stay silent. It should only speak if the lamp is in a different room or the lamp/Homepod is not assigned to a room.

I don't think so, but you can use Feedback - HomePod - Apple to suggest that superfluous feedback is omitted.
