I can find my one son's iPhone on my Mac (family share), but it is no longer working on my the Find My App on my iPhone 7. It just spins trying to find the location? I can find my other family members on both my Mac and iPhone 7. Can anyone help with this. I'm worried about deleting him and adding him back on the Find My app as a possible solution.

Dear Eric,

I tried your suggestions with my iPhone 7Plus (force reset, another network, etc.). I don't have access to my son's phone yet, but why would it work with my Mac on not my iPhone? Is there a way to delete his iPhone from my Find my phone app on my phone and add him back? Would that help?
