Watch OS 8.7.1 - Apple watch series 3 - Problem updating

I started updating my Apple watch series 3 with Watch OS 8.7.1 using Iphone 13. I left my watch and phone on charger and placed within 6 inches and waited overnight. But the progress bar stuck at same status as yesterday.

First round, I tried updating the software with bluetooth enabled

Second round, I tried updating the software with bluetooth turned off.

Third round, I rebooted my phone and watch and tried updating the software

Fourth round I reset my watch to factory settings and tried updating the software

I am still having this issue. Any advice ?
