Click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page and Apple Support can reset your phone assuming you did not get the camera replaced. If your camera is working but you are getting this message it is a minor issue and can be handled over the phone or by making an appointment at an Apple Store if you prefer.

The unknown part error is as important as the Check Engine light in your car.
