I’m curious on why i’m not able to update my phone to the new updates .

What message appears when you try to update? Post screenshots if you can.

Battery must be at least 50% or higher.

Your Wi-Fi signal is too weak. Need to see full bars.

Connect the phone to the charger

Charge to 100%

Try the update again
