Phone call duplicates with iOS 16
Ever since updating to iOS 16, when I look at recent calls it shows 2 calls at once on both received and sent and cannot fix it

Hi JorgeShaf,
Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! This would be expected behavior if you are in a group FaceTime call or a conference call. Are you only speaking to one contact when this occurs? If so, you can try the following to troubleshoot:
Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support
Once closed out, you can restart your iPhone and see if this continues to occur.
To restart your iPhone:
1. Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power off slider appears.
2. Drag the slider and wait about 30 seconds.
3. Press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears to power it back on. Once back on, test to see if this continues.
Check out: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
Check out some additional resources on group FaceTime and Conference calls here:

Hope that helps!
Hi JorgeShaf,
If all previously suggested troubleshooting has been completed, it would be best to contact Apple Support to investigate this issue for a solution.

It happens regardless on any normal non conference call. It’s being doing it on the 13 Pro Max since I’ve installed it.
Best thing is just to have a future update fix the issue.
