I have enough storage on my iPhone but I still can’t download the iOS 16 because it is saying that I still need 1.33 gb space

The error message states that you still require 1.33GB in free space. How much free storage space do you have left on you iPhone?
Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About ➡️ Available: Here, you should see the total available free space on your iPhone.

How much free space do you actually have? I think you need about 6gb free. If you are sure have enough try restarting your device and seeing if that helps.
