Does Dolby Atmos music also play in lossless quality, at the same time?

I play songs in Dolby Atmos and lossless, when available, all the time. However, a question has popped in my head, recently. Is Dolby Atmos it’s own special quality that doesn’t play lossless? Is it an add-on to lossless itself? Do songs play in both lossless and Dolby Atmos at the same time? Or, in order to get lossless audio quality, Dolby Atmos must be disabled?

Lossless and Dolby Atmos are different tracks.

Dolby Atmos streaming is lossy. You can choose to listen either the Lossless version or the Dolby Atmos (which is lossy). Not both versions together.

It's not possible to listen a Lossless Dolby Atmos track – at least not via a streaming service like Apple Music. As far as I know, Dolby Atmos as a standard can carry lossless music. I'm not aware of any music streaming service that is providing it, though (I suppose it's a matter of bandwidth).
