why won’t my phone update

Same. My error says “Software Updated Failed. An error occurred downloading iOS 15.7”. I looked in apps to remove it and reattempt and it’s not listed. Restarted my phone to attempt again and no luck. I tried the iOS 16 update and it says I don’t have enough room to update, despite having more than double the space required.
