Mac Home Notifications GONE

Apple needs to quickly identify and solve the issue where Home app disappears from Notifications & Focus on the latest version of MacOS 12.6. This happened immediately after I bought my Mac Studio and I am unable to make any changes to Home notifications. This causes them to not be stacked, each appears individually. I have seen other posts on this issue and some articles showing how to delete all notifications files, which restores Home temporarily until it vanishes again.

This is an ongoing problem and is really unusable. I have had this issue since buying Mac Studio a few months ago and hope that the next update (released yesterday) might fix it, but no it has not. Home is still missing and all my individual notifications from the app show up one-by-one with no way to adjust any of them globally.
