How do I move AssistiveTouch on screen after installing ios16?

How to hide AssistiveTouch menu when no pointer devices are connected? I want to keep AssistiveTouch feature enabled so that I can connect mouse to iPhone anytime I want but I don't know if it's possible to hide AssistiveTouch menu circle when mouse is not connected. Yes, I have performed it now by turning off followed by turning on AssistiveTouch again in setting once after updating to ios16.
