Personalized Spatial Audio for iPhone SE (2nd Generation)

Is personalized spatial audio available for iPhone SE (2nd Generation)? I am using AirPods 3rd Generation, and I am trying to set up personalized spatial audio, but it isn't letting me. Is this because the phone I have doesn't have a TrueDepth camera? Thanks!
