i can’t accept terms and conditions

Yes, I have tried signing in and out of apple ID and even tried to find if I can accept the "new terms and conditions" online in a browser but so far to no avail.

Also "send by email" just..doesn't work, I have pressed it about 3-4 times and not a single email has dropped.

I hope for a quick fix because the issue of being unable to accept terms and conditions is "mildly" annoying.

This seems to be a common issue right now. Give it a while for Apple to sort it out.
