Error message New terms and conditions

I just updated my iPad Pro to 15.7

went to update my apps, got the pop up about new terms and conditions looked in over hit agree and keep getting pop up stating there’s a error try later.

sny way around this been trying for 20 mins

After 15.7 update, apps won't update Gives a message terms have changed, asks to e-mail new terms, okay, did that. Click Agree and gives "There was an error. Try again later." Perhaps this is due to their servers being swamped today. My iPad Air 5 gives the error as does my wife's iPad Air 5 unit. Guess I will wait and see... Getting same error on iOS 16 on iPhone 12 Pro.
