I phone 12 I have received replacement refurbished phone which has same problems. Paying for extra warranty but my question is that how good is warranty if they are not going to let me change the phone because of the problems I don’t want the same phone

this is a user to user technical forum there is no Apple here.
All warranties are on specific models.
The warranty specifically states any replacement will be the same model of device.
You are not going to get an upgrade or newer model than the one you own.
iPhone 12 replacement also have problems. What is the use of warranty if it didn’t help you
