I can’t download app and Apple Pay wants me to download a credit card app to confirm it and I can’t it just says to confirm w assistive touch and it want do anything, what do I do?
Your post is a bit confusing. Downloading apps has nothing to do with Apple Pay whatsoever. Apple Pay will never ask you to download anything.
Please explain exactly what you are seeing in as much detail as possible.
Confirming with assistive touch is a way to complete a payment through the App Store and has no direct relation to Apple Pay.
It can be turned on or off.
If you don't want to use Assistive Touch, then go to Settings->Accessibility->Touch->Assistive Touch, scroll all the way to the bottom, and turn of Confirm with Assistive Touch.
