I am a long time iPhone user and wish to purchase the new iPhone 14 pro max. I use my iPhones within three countries that are not supporting the new eSIM system. What should I do to be able to buy and use the new iPhone 14?

Just to be clear, a carrier’s “eSIM capability” refers to their ability to PROVISION an eSIM on their network.

It does not limit your ability to use a phone with an already-provisioned eSIM.

e.g. An eSIM provisioned by a carrier with international roaming will work fine.

Don’t buy one from the US. Other countries will have a model with a SIM card slot and an eSim.

Unless you live in the US, purchase the phone in the country where you spend the most time. Only US models are equipped with dual eSIM.
