apple mail

I suddenly get my wife's gmail messages in my Apple mail.

Her email is not listed in the column on the left, so not sure why this is happening.

Can I delete or de-activate her gmail account on my MacBook without deleting it from her MacBook?

If so, how do I do that is it isn't in the list in the left-hand column?
