I have the powerbeats pro and I still have my charging case and the right earbud, but I have been missing my left earbud. What should I do to find it?
I just had the exact same situation occur. I'd lost my left earbud while working in my heavily wooded backyard. I don't hear well in that ear so I didn't notice until I was back in the house and taking them out.
The "Find My" app on my iPhone helped me find the lost earbud. The app connected to the earbud and played a loud sound that helped me locate it. I never would have found it with visual inspection alone because it had gotten covered by some dirt after it had fallen out.
Kudos to Apple and Beats for including Find My in each earbud, not just in the case!
