New Mac mini. . How can I add it to my Apple ID account

I have new Mac mini. My first  computer 100% my own. 


  1. How can I add it to my Apple ID account?
  2. I have never had an Apple TV account, So how do I set up Apple TV on the Mac mini, to redeem this



I have logged into Apple TV - but do not see the option.

  1. Login with your Apple ID on the Mac when setting it up, you're all set
