The screen after you share to FB from photos Freezes "Shared to Facebook"

Seems to me could be an an issue with the FaceBook app.

You may need to contact FaceBook support

OR check for any FaceBook app updates.

Has anyone tried After ANY iOS/iPadOS upgrade/update, you should ALWAYS perform a simple hard reset of your Apple mobile device.

For iPad models with a Home button, do a simple hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake/power button simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons.

OR

For much newer design iPad models, without a Home button, try the new simple hard reset procedure for the new 2018/2020/2021 iPad Pros, 2020 iPad Air 4 and 2021 iPad Mini 6 models.

1. Press and release the volume up button.

2. Then immediately press and release the volume down button.

3. Then, press and hold the single sleep/wake/power button You will see the Slide to Power off button, but keep on holding down the power button until you see the Apple logo, then let it go.

Once you have performed all the steps, wait for a few seconds and your 2018 iPad Pro will boot up completely to the iPad Pro’s Lock screen.

Happening in our iPhones too. All three are up to date as well.

This is driving me mad.

Tried it again after updating to iOS 16. Still not working. Tried uninstalling Facebook, rebooting the phone then reinstalling Facebook again. No luck.

Same freeze happens when I share ANYthing to FB

It freezes the source, not FB

Are we the only people on earth this is happening to?

It happens when I share from photos, Twitter or safari. I was hoping the upgarade to IOS 16 would solve it, but nothing has changed.

As others have said, it is happening on IPhones too. People have rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled Facebook, upgraded to IOS 16.

I would attempt to reach out to Facebook.

While I do not use any social media, the Share feature in Photos works just fine with any of my available apps in the Share pop-up window,

I've reported it to Facebook but I'm not sure if they reply
