Hello everyone, I want to change the country of payment in the Apple Store, but it is rejected because I have a value of 11 cents, it is not possible to change the country until the account is empty, and there is nothing to buy with this value, also I cannot add value to it from my country with the current account.
Please I need to change my payment way.

Hello ~If you are trying to zero your balance before changing regions…you may purchase an item from the App Store for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your balance . You may also go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support and they can zero it for you or:
