I cannot get the iPad to turn on. I have tried all the steps on the Apple website an nothing works. Any suggestions would be helpful

Connect your iPad to its Power Adapter and allow the iPad to charge, undisturbed, for at least an hour - or ideally overnight. Then, while still connected to external power, attempt a forced-restart:
