iPhone 11 Pro

The phone started to freeze while I was using it until it stayed frozen for 2 hours and then the screen display turned pitch black. Everything still works perfectly.

Iphone 11 Black Screen Frozen Hi Apple Team, My iPhone 11 this evening (2/1/23) all of a sudden froze and has a black screen. It shows the date and time, flashlight button, and camera button on the home screen. I am not able to do anything with my phone, the screen is completely frozen. Iphone freezes then turns off Today my iPhone 12 started freezing and then it will just restart. It freezes for about 2-3 minutes before it turns off. Phone will also not update for some reason. What do I do?

So can you turn it on? Try a force restart. Press and very quickly release the volume up button, press and very quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button for about twenty seconds. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
