Unlinking Two Devices:
How exactly are these linked? If you mean mirrored content, then you'll have to disable it in iCloud Settings, on one or both devices.
Disabling Photos in iCloud:
- Go to: Settings
- Tap: your name (top item)
- Tap: iCloud
- Tap: Photos
- Tap: iCloud Photos (so that it is grey)
