Why does siri say a letter/word when i type

I am using 12 mini and Siri started doing this and it really Annoys me

You may have accidentally set VoiceOver to ON. You may turn it OFF by opening Settings ➡️ Accessibility ➡️ VoiceOver: Set this to OFF.
