Can’t send messages

I receive this message when I try to send a text message

Free Msg: Unable to send message - Message Blocking is active.

Looks like you have blocked that person.

Go to -> Settings -> Messages -> Blocked -> Edit.

Search that person, then tap Unblock.

Looks like you have blocked that person.
