I can’t get my text messages back I don’t know how they disappeared

All of a sudden my texts that I saved started disappearing now I cannot get them back and I do have iCloud I don’t know if they just went to iCloud because I saved quite a few of them. Thank you Sarah.

If you're using iCloud Syncing for Messasges, once you delete them, they are gone. There is no way to "save" them.
