Restoring backup from backup file

I have backed up my iPhone on a window iTunes and uploaded to a cloud storage system, downloaded to a MacBook and I cannot restore my iPhone using that file. I cannot click Restore backup from finder screen.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 12.5
