My emails are all connected to Apple Mail. Not all of my received or sent emails shows up on my computer, but all will show up on my iphone. What can I do to correct this?

What does Mail/Window/Connection Doctor Show? If the server is red, select it and look at the Show Details box.
Mail: If you can’t receive messages.
