No. Series 7 has been discontinued, and will not be available in Apple Stores.

3rd party stores may have some back stock available however.

The store closest to me had some Apple Watch 7 models in stock when I was there today. Go buy the store, call them, or use the shopping app on your iPhone to see if you can buy one for pickup.
