Have you checked the Maximum Capacity percentage of your iPhone battery? What you are describing can be a symptom of a failing battery.
- Go to Settings > Battery
- Tap Battery Health
- Check the Maximum Capacity percentage.
If it's around 80% or below, battery service would be required. You can read more about that here: iPhone Battery and Performance.
