Cut off photos in texts

When I screen shot OR go to my gallery, I choose a photo to send and it gets cutoff in my text.

likewise when I go to a kiosk to print a picture from my gallery, the printed photo is cut off

help please!

To clarify, when viewing a photo in the Photos app does it show the full photo?


Also, is there one specific side of the photo that is consistently cropped out? Such as the top or bottom?


Finally, if you haven't already, ensure you're fully updated to the latest iOS version and test if the problem persists.

Hi… thanks for the reply. I’ve discovered that when I text a photo to a friend, the photo( from gallery) is cut off, too and bottom. But if the recipient taps on photo it brings it to full photo as it appears in gallery. So I need to tell my recipients to tap on photo. In the past I never had to do that, the text would send full photo. Don’t know why it changed.

****in regard to printing a photo from gallery at a store kiosk, haven’t tried lately but the photo is being cut off top and bottom.
