Am I suppose to click erase iPhone after it’s finished?

What do I click after the restore is finished

The restore erases the iPhone.

Once it's done, it's done, you are not supposed to click anything else. Just setup the iPhone again as normal.

There are two restores.

Restore to factory settings:- Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple ...
Restore from a backup:- Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup ...
