Wrong expiration date for my Apple Music subscription

I paid the one month and get 2 months free; in total 3 three months. I did this on the 29th of July 2022, hence it should expire on the 29th of October

During the transaction process

Which I have a screenshot of

it says to be renewed October 29th.

at the end of August 29th I could no longer access my songs, everything is gone, I had to check my subscriptions in settings and it says expired August 29

this is all a mistake

how do they fix this and what do I have to do as well

its frustrating cos I have to re download everything back

iPhone XR, iOS 15

Welcome chioma275,

We understand you have issues with your Apple Music subscription. We'll do our best to assist with this.

According to our research, there is a 1 month free trial for Apple Music available on their website: Apple Music - Apple

They currently also have a 6 month offer with a qualifying purchase of AirPods, HomePod mini, or Beats: Get Apple Music free for 6 months

We did not see a promotion for buy two months, get one for free that is currently available. In this case, we're guessing that you may have originally signed up under the 1 month free trial. Which is why it ended a month after you signed up.

If you believe there is another promotion available, then it would be best to contact Apple Support

That way they can straighten it out on their end with your account.

Wishing you well, cheers.
