Has anyone had any issues finding the Crave TV app in the App Store? It's the HBO equivalent for Canadian users. We've already checked that the region is set to Canada but it still does not show up. The app says it is supported for Apple TV 4K models, which we have (model A1842, tvOS 15.6).
Any help would be appreciated.
Users can download apps from the App Store region that matches the region of the Apple ID account. That is, you need a Canadian account, with Canadian payment method, to get apps from the Canadian App Store. You can’t change a device setting to shop out-of-region.
