Emails not showing in All Inboxes

I have separate email addresses that are signed up to receive the same message from a certain company. I have noticed recently that when an email is received it only shows as one email in All Inboxes not as two separate emails. If I then go to the individual inboxes each email is there. How do I fix my All Inbox to show both emails. ?

iPhone 13, iOS 15

See if the toggling "Organise by Thread" On/Off solves the issue. This works only for one sender (email ID) with multiple messages having the same "Subject"
