hi/ whats is Family ID in box of Mac Pro and Z11D0001Q part no?

I recently bought a MacBook Pro M1 2020 device,
but unlike most MacBook Pro devices,
 its part number is Z11D0001Q,
and on the back of the box it
 says family id: Z11D.
Now, I want to know if this is the original device?
Refurbished?
 or does it have problems?
And what are these part no(Z11D0001Q) and family id numbers(Z11D)?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.5

The ID identifies a family of devices in whatever way Apple decides is a family. Your can't use it to make judgements on the nature of the device with respect to its being a fake or the original. If it were a fake, seems to me the faker would use a real family ID as seen on Apple's boxes.

We are not Apple. We are users just like you. We can't supply any kind of official Apple code decryption/interpretation that Apple uses any more than you can.
