Should I panic if my computer restarted because of a problem or is it nothing to worry about? Because I've only had my Macbook pro m2 for a month and this popped up. Thank you.

A one off is not so worrisome,
Typically third party interference might be suspect.
Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus
all known to cause issues on the macOS
