Stuck on "Prepare to transfer"

Hi

Been trying to move my files and information from my old iPhone 11 to a new iPhone 12 and have been stucked on "Preparing to transfer" screen for hours. I have tried resetting network settings and updating both phones to the latest iOS 15.6.1 and Yet keeps getting g stucked on the "preparing to transfer" screen for hours
