my iPhone was stolen

hi

I have problem last Friday 2/7/2022 my iPhone 13 ProMax was stolen and I have everything on it like apple id or snap or Gmail or Facebook and Instagram but I cant tract my stolen iPhone because the find my app was turned off on it and now don't know what to do and the theft cant get any benefit on it because my iCloud was open on it

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 15

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support*

*But you can still protect your account if Find My was not turned on.
