Spoken Content stops working after a few hours

I have browsed the community, but it seems all the "answers" are not addressing the question. I use Spoken Content (accessibility feature) to read back large sections of text while editing. After a few hours, it will stop working past the end of the paragraph and then stops working altogether. The only way to fix it is to reboot or at the very least, log out/log back in.


This is disruptive to my workflow, and I imagine someone who is blind or relies on this technology must be at a severe disadvantage if they have to restart everything and navigate their way back to where they'd left off. (It is for me, and I can still see, more or less). It has done this with different (desktop) systems, different versions of OS, on different computer hardware, and with different voices. The problem is consistent, even when the environment is not.
